Bennett chose to become an estate planning attorney a result of some unique personal and professional experiences. Upon graduating from the University of Miami with a BA in Psychology, Bennett spent ten years at a private company in various executive roles, ultimately becoming Director of Operations. When his company was acquired, he worked closely with attorneys and financial planners during the acquisition process, and became increasingly interested in the areas of estate and business planning. This led him to apply to law school and, during the year between applying and enrolling, to work for a financial planning company. In the 12 years since graduating from Nova Southeastern University Law School, Bennett's practice has been focused on estate and business planning.
Bennett is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Florida. He is committed to working closely with his clients and their families so that they feel confident about their financial future and comfortable with their planning choices. Many clients come to think of Bennett as virtually a member of the family, viewing him as both a family counselor and an attorney.
In his free time, Bennett dedicates himself to personal growth and development, and is an ongoing participant in Landmark Education Leadership Training Programs. Bennett enjoys alpine hiking, long-distance running, meditation, reading, theater, and the companionship of his Collie Beau and Cat Clyde.
