Fredrick S. Kaufman

Fred Kaufman
holds a BFA in Theater from Virginia Commonwealth University and a
Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond. Fred has been a pro bono
volunteer to Central Virginia Legal Aid
Hotline since graduating from law school. Fred has served as pro bono
counsel to the Victim Witness Assistance project in Henrico and
Chesterfield Counties providing pro bono legal representation to
victims of domestic violence.
Fred is
married with three daughters. As a criminal defense Attorney with
theatrical training Fred uses his lawyerly skills in service of the
theater and his theatrical skills in service of defending criminals.
Which better benefits society is debatable.

Fredrick
S. Kaufman was the Moot Court Chairman at T.C. Williams School of Law
in 1989. He was a CLE Instructor on Domestic Violence for the Southern Poverty Law Center. Mr. Kaufman also served as pro bono attorney for domestic relations at the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society.
