Jay E. Fernandez, is a Shareholder and head of the Firm’s Business Consulting Services Group. Jay has substnatial and unique experience as both a corporate counselor and a sucessful trial attorney.  His practice emphasizes: Business,Corporate, and Employment Law; Real Estate; Contracts; Licensing; Estate Planning; and Criminal Defense.

Jay is the past Chairman of the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce Board, sits on both the National and Colorado Boards of Law Examiners, as well as serving many other local municipal, non-profit organization, and volunteer organizations.
